Garam Masala

Ingredients :

Coriander, Chilly, Cumin, Salt, Black pepper, Clove leaves, Clove, Big Cardamom, Fennel, Tuj, Badian, Trifal, Tej Patta, Turmeric, Asafoetida, Nutmeg, Mace, Curry leaves & Stone flower.

 
Receipe :

Add 2-3 tsp. as per taste while preparing vegetables like Potatoes, Lady finger, Mix vegetables, chopped brinjal, Spinach, Farsan like Samosa, Kachori, Chhole-puri, boiled Chana etc. It will increase the taste of the meal.
